Lifeguard Holic Steam Pre-Installed
Lifeguard Holic is an adult management and dating simulation from the team behind NTRaholic, and it carries over much of that title’s mix of business building and mature storytelling. The story follows Sakamoto Ryouma, a former captain of his university swimming team whose competitive career ended early after a serious injury. A lucky streak at the card table leaves him holding the deed to a small local swimming pool, and he trades medals for a whistle, taking over as its owner and resident lifeguard. From there the game settles into a summer routine built around the pool itself: selling tickets, keeping the facilities running, and getting to know the regulars who pass through. Three main heroines anchor the narrative, each with her own background and branching storyline, alongside a wider cast of pool visitors. It is an explicitly adult title for mature players, and its romantic content leans on the seduction and infidelity themes its predecessor was known for.

Each in-game day is divided into two time slots, and a pool of action points decides how much can be squeezed into either one. Time spent on the business side covers setting ticket prices, handing out flyers to draw larger crowds, and repairing or upgrading the separate areas of the complex so it can hold its own against rival pools in the area. There is also a dress code to enforce, since only properly equipped swimmers are allowed in. The remaining hours go toward the cast, where conversations push each storyline forward and mini-games play out during public classes and private lessons. Those scenes track how comfortable a character feels and how much attention nearby guests are paying, so pushing too far too fast can end a session or raise suspicion around the pool. Visually, the game mixes comic-style panels with animation across more than forty dynamic CG sets, and each heroine comes with her own dedicated missions. The result is a compact management loop wrapped around an adult visual novel, aimed squarely at players who already know what they are signing up for.
