Europa is one visual stunning game to enjoy in your free time. There simple puzzle mechanic you need to solve in order to advance the game, and dodging from enemy attacks. The highlight i would say, its the narrative voice actor in this game, as you collect notes scatted along the way to learn the story behind what happened in Europa. There are well hidden collectible that you can collect, which i assume will unlock the true ending. One problem i don’t really like is how drifting the main character walk, the walking animation sometime will change to drifting animation , which kinda kill the impression i had.
Europa Direct Play:
This game is remarkable for its genre. It strikes a perfect balance between exploration and immersion, all in one seamless experience. The movement is incredibly smooth, and the environments are diverse, each with its own uniqueness. The story is well-written and thoughtfully explores the relationship between humanity and nature. This game is unique and deserves recognition for what it offers both to players and the game development market. Europa is like a mashup of Journey, Gris, Super Mario Sunshine, Pokemon Snap, BOTW and somehow even Halo. It’s mechanically simple and utilizes a pretty straightforward gameplay loop. The art direction and music composition are stellar. While it doesn’t push the genre forward, it borrows from what came before & provides an extremely fun experience whilst delivering a beautiful message.
