There’s many tools and toys to play with in the sandbox of WEBFISHING! i am in love with this game !! it’s really cozy and it reminds me of old virtual online world games i grew up playing. servers are full of nice and lovely people, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Fishing is fun, moving around the island is fun (no really), tons of customization for your character, very lighthearted and chill. Insane value for 5 bucks, id pay 15 for this nbd. These fish gay, good for them, good for them. This game is perfect, especially with friends. You can FEEL the passion and love put into this throughout every detail of this game!
WEBFISHING Direct-Play:
There are no complaints, just a desire for more content, and not due to a lack of content but for a love and excitement of what the developers are capable of! At the moment there is only a community made layout. I’m really happy to see one was made so quickly, but the game does not function very well with it currently, and a lot of controls feel very finicky. Especially Camera look. I had to tweak some settings, because pressing the Y button on my steam deck would bring up the keyboard, and I couldn’t see what I was typing and it is really hard to get out of the text box. I toggled sprint, because I didn’t want to keep holding down the left stick. Camera look cancels sprint.. so you are stuck at a static angle while running.
