in the game, there is a high pitched noise right before the out of body experience on day 2, I had the exact same noise but mine was always louder. I would turn the footsteps off in the game during this OB experience and bring the height of your character down to about 3 feet, that’s what it was like for me anyway. I would also add a drunken wobble effect to the walk. Much effort by the developer to make the experience accurate. Gets the sleep paralysis feeling almost down perfectly, I suffered of this for years in my late teens, early 20s. A few things I would have done differently, but for a computer game is actually pretty close. At one point in the game you go to work and sit at a desktop work computer, complete with emails, notes and programs.
Silent Still Direct-Play:
Very immersive. There is one really well written story about a tree, a women, and dreams. It’s a shame this story wasn’t explored more in the game world. There are a few graphic concerns to be noted, but it may be due to the nature being a budget game such as the mirror not reflecting the opened door at the beginning. The graphics are realistic enough, and I really like the use of the audio. Although I kept restarting the game because I wasn’t truly a fan of jump scares. Like I said… great concept, but would love for you to fix some stuff. I’ll try again later to see if it lets me continue. But three times already. I don’t know if I even want to try again.
