Street Legal Racing: Redline is a legend, it’s the world’s most popular vehicle mechanic simulator with night drag races and on-track racing events. If you damage your car you are able to see the damage either on the body or under the hood while your in the garage. It’s completely up to you to fix these parts before your next race. With a triple-section status bar (green means your car is fine, yellow means you should head to the garage and red means your car is about to die) you can easily tell when your car is about to break down. In this game, inspired by hit movie “The Fast and Furious,” you race for prestige during the day, which will give you more opportunities for races and upgrades, but when night falls races get serious and money and pink slips are on the line. 16 cars from Street Legal 1 with all models, correct prices, descriptions, etc. 17 new high-quality maps, including drag strip with working traffic light. 7 new gamemodes, including Drifting, Circuit racing and Drag racing. I remember owning this game back in 2003 and it is a pleasure to see it available on Steam. What stood out the most to me was the ability to build your car from the ground up. I am talking about building the motor with numerous (compatible) parts, making sure you buy the right tire size for the rims, etc. It is almost like getting your vehicle customized at a tuner shop in real life! The open world has quite a lot of racers to go up against during the day time, but at night is where you can make bank and pink slip a car or two. The cop chases are mediocre at best and when you have a high powered car, it’s effortless to even leave them in the dust. Earnig Prestige points can be quite a grind, but if you are focused on testing your build out in street races, then you’ll be able to race the top tier racers before you know it.
