At the end of the day, it is a work of a fiction, and consuming fiction about bad things does not endorse bad things in real life. Black Souls and Black Souls 2 are meant to be played one after the other for the full story. It explores Lovecraftian mythos and traditional fairytales, some famous and some obscure, in a creative way, all packaged with a unique art style that may seem rough at first but I promise will grow on you. The amount of research poured into this passion project is staggering. Has multiple endings, prepare to cry.
