Quickie A Love Hotel Story Just before graduating, you are struck with the knowledge that your family business is on the brink of closure. In a last attempt to keep it open… you turn it into a love hotel! But why is the hotel manager acting so odd? And what happened to the family business? Research new ideas and build new rooms to earn money and expand your business across Tokyo! Meet the cast of romantic options, hangout with them, give them gifts and witness their stories unfold! Share intimate moments in a diverse selection of love hotel rooms! And save them to the gallery to enjoy later! It is done pretty well making you try to balance different types of rooms to fulfill certain types of kinks for your guests.
If you fail to pay attention, the gift giving can be a very expensive part of the game, which requires you to either work at the Love Hotel, or get a job at a Ramen restaurant. There seems like there may be additional jobs coming in the future, but the Ramen restaurant (named Ramen-San) is the only one available for now. You essentially have to make a bowl of ramen for one of the characters who comes into the store. I did not know of any way to figure out what they would like, but I guessed and they provided feedback at the end. If you’re not big into ramen culture, the feedback is not very helpful and there’s no mouse-over tooltips to help beginners out. A lot of the gifts are also very Japanese culture-specific and if you don’t know what they are you are kind of heading in blind when giving a gift to someone.
As the game says at the beginning, all of the money made at the hotel stays in the hotel and you may get some spending money with tips. This provides a two-currency system that separates out the Love Hotel Simulator from the Dating Simulator. You have the ability to unlock blueprints that allow you to construct various themed rooms. Some are purchased at stores, some are unlocked in the Dating Simulator aspect of the game, and some have to be won by chance from a gachapon machine. Once you get the blueprint you have to study it so you learn how to build the room. Your hotels also have a star rating. The stars currently do not progression-lock any rooms, but you get earnings bonuses when you gain a star (you start with 0 and can earn a maximum of 5). You get them by doing quest tasks at that hotel.

The game more or less does vanilla sex with most of the characters and does not stray too far into really kinky territory. The characters and animations are done very well during the H scenes but the models in the game world are a little less polished. There is plenty of animation during the H scenes, but currently kind of consists of three speeds of the same act. The descriptive writing is decent and it adds to the mood of the scene. For me, it’s one of the better Early Access H-games that I’ve played.The time management portion is also a little underwhelming for me as you can only do a single task per day, with the exception of working a shift at the Love Hotel, which allows you to study a blueprint if you “pass” the shift. It feels like there should be morning, afternoon, and evening divisions.
