Total Factory is still in active development, but it is not an early access or alpha version of the game. All 8 stages of development are ready in the game, however, their balancing and changes can still happen. Yes, you can go through the game from the beginning to its logical end. Clean gameplay is already there for about 30 hours. The game is being polished, many game moments are being finalized and improved, starting from the menu and ending with the assembly machine. You are a robot with unrealistically advanced artificial intelligence on a previously unknown planet, people created you for one single purpose – to ensure the automatic production of the necessary resources and their dispatch. It would seem that what could go wrong? You start the game from your base, your creators – the CosmoDoc Corporation – gave you the starting amount of the necessary resources and a couple of robots to protect your base from enemies.

In the game, you can not only automate your factory, but also ensure its protection with the help of automatic turrets and allied robots. The developer of this game is outstanding, the game was released as complete but he is constantly making improvements and alterations based on players comments and requests. In the last couple of days he has added the option to play without enemies, a mode which I personally much prefer but the other option is still there but is quite difficult especially as the enemies get more plentiful as you progress. All in all this is a really good factory game, it might not be as sophisticated as others like Satisfactory or Factorio but it will definitely keep you happily occupied for many an hour. Highly recommended.

Total Factory is a family friendly game that has minor automation and crafting abilities. Your goal is to harvest and dispatch goods to help your home planet. However you will need to remember that there are other A.I. factions on the planet with the same goals and they tend to become more of a pain in your metal butt as you finish a goal and progress to a new goal/level. While the graphics are not award winning and the sound quality is low end, the over all feel of the game is easy to get into and play. However I will stick to my guns as always and state that the price point on Total Factory is not worth the game. If you find yourself interested in this game, I would recommend you look for videos of game-play and wait for a SALE. Enjoy Saw the game and klicked “follow” before it’s release. Didn’t thought I’d buy it in the first place because I never played the “big brothers and sisters” like Factorio and such. The huge amount of updates and news about the updates surprised me. I bought the game and after ~6 hours I can say I really like it. According to the dev, at the current state, you can play it for about 30 hours till you’ve seen everything. Not speaking about simply starting a new game in a new map. After 6 hours I think I only scratched the surface.
