KAKUDO is a single player adventure game within you explore and solve puzzles playing a small humanoïd named Tamashï. Who is Tamashï ? What is his purpose ? And what does all this labyrinthic metaphor mean ? Escape labyrinths, collect as many coins as possible, beat your personal high scores and the more important thing : try to discover KAKUDO’s enigmatic story within its 50 levels ! There are no great battles, no hostile enemies, no traps and no complex strategies in KAKUDO. It’s just about walking in a relaxing atmosphere that will immers you in some emotional story-driven adventure. Using a first or third-person view, you will be able to explore KAKUDO’s world through 3 different game modes.

You only receive a paragraph read aloud in French as part of the presentation, which is pretty basic. There are no animations or special effects.
KAKUDO Pre-Installed:
Since there’s no predetermined score or time limit in the story mode, mazes are relaxing. These can be played in either first or third person, which is more gamer-friendly because it enables you to see what’s on the other side of walls. They become more complex as you go.
The structure of each chapter is the same: the chapter begins with a story piece, you have to solve five mazes to receive the middle story part, and you have to solve five more mazes to acquire the final story piece. There is no gameplay change between chapters, the only difference is slightly different walls.
