Wanzers, triggering a series of events that plunges the whole island into war. Royd’s fiancée, Lieutenant Karen Meure, goes missing in action. Discharged from the military, Royd sets out to investigate what happened to Karen. His quest leads him closer and closer to the conspiracy behind the incident and the powers that orchestrated it. With dozens of characters to meet, its mature story, and non-Manichean protagonists, Front Mission is the classic of a tactical Japanese RPG genre, finally available worldwide.
FRONT MISSION 1st Remake Pre-Installed:
My first foray into the Front Mission series was Front Mission 3 on the PS1. I loved that game so much. I craved more of that experience but was let down by front mission 4. Ever since I was hoping for a remake or another entry in the series that hearkened back to FM3. That said, these remakes are nothing to turn your nose up at. The graphics are updated, and the visuals look great. If you really want to tho, you can always play it in classic mode. I haven’t spent a ton of time in the game, but I can already tell this is going to be a great ride.
