My favorite ending was the one where it wasn’t the unrealistic fairy-tale ending of happily-ever-after; the message that stuck with me on that one was when the story finished with the dual parting shots of so-far-so-good and everything-will-continue-that-way-so-long-as-I-can-keep-up-with-the-needs-of-the-relationship. fun, emotionally memorable, and the message about listening to the subtle hints people make is an unexpected pleasant bonus. The only real hint of gameplay is location choosing, which is mostly in the way, but not much of a hindrance. There does tend to be some repetitiveness while the game basically counts days until route benchmarks, and nothing before day 13 ultimately matters. That repetitiveness can be pronounced if you do the smart thing and play one route at a time, which will inherently mean that days you’d be off with another girl will instead just be a daily event cycle. Again, CTRL is your friend.
