Set production limits and priorities to precisely allocate your resources No fail state or negative progress to worry about Usually an idle game becomes less enjoyable when you hit a progress wall where you need to do something for 100 hours and you start to question why you even play the game. In the 44 hours I have played so far, I have always been able to either be engaged, or let the game run. This is exactly how an idle game should work. If you want to be engaged, there is endless interesting content, but if you want to maybe watch a movie or go out with friends, you can let the game play itself. big fan of the dev’s previous game, Factory town. even bigger fan of glorified spreadsheet style idle games. What’s honestly great is how cheap the game is, and how the journey to end game is fun.

it should not be understated that the dev is very active. one of the main reasons i immediately bought this game is because of the care he did with factory town being translated into here. Hopefully he continues on with this as we don’t really see that much dedication in other games. This is a game about OPTIMIZATION. There are assembly lines, a trade network, several “towns” to manage, and each with their own unique strengths and weaknesses. No matter how much number goes up, it could always go up FASTER, if you just tweak this one little thing…. The start of the game is good, things to do, things to research, things to discover. Then you open up more biomes and trading starts besides the building of your towns.
