Arcade mode is actually much better this time around, and the campaign layout being rouge-like gives a lot of incentives for multiple runs. With bosses, more modes, minigames, the game definitely feels like a complete product this time around. A lot of people may be upset over the cuts — but keep in mind that this game had a limited development time and they focused on reworking pretty much every character and spent time adding more modes. The slime mechanic is sick and adds a really nice layer of standard FG strategy to a platform fighter. The roster is great and MUCH much more diverse and exciting this time around. Campaign is surprisingly fun, funny, and extensive. You can do this through Steam Input so it’s not really an issue here, but it’s needed for other versions. The game also runs weird on Deck.

Fun to play, and the most important part is the online is actually very, very good now. Looking forward to putting in some time into this game. Happy this game is here i completed only singleplayer achievements since multiplayer is already gone, i completed this game, and noticed one big flaw, that this game doesn;t have any unlockable characters, it lacks that motivation to try hard and unlock every character possible Just, let it flow, try to get the knack of the combat, go to the disco, or to have a chat with your boss, or dont, and go take over as much districts as you can. Sooner than you think you’ll find yourself immersed in one of the many storylines.
