Defense Protocol Direct Play:
It fixed many of the problems the normal game has and make it fun and playable in the endgame. It added a new rarity, you can farm weapons at bosses, adds new items, doublejump, dashing and many more. There’s no variety in movesets within a certain weapon class, which made looking forward to finding new weapons not really that exciting. As I started as a pyro, I found some inferno scaling axes at the start of the game and didn’t find a proper replacement inferno weapon until nearly halfway through the game The game is very good. I am however extremely dissapointed with the co-op. They said multiple times leading up to the release that you can play the whole game with a friend. You can *technically* do that, but onle the host gets story and boss progress, special items, spells, and the biggest sinner of all, boss loot/rememberence.
