A run always begins in your room, where you pick up a gun with infinite ammo and enter the elevator. Other weapons, such as a sniper rifle and a shotgun, can be found throughout the floors, although they have limited ammo. On the other hand, they deal a lot of damage and require no reloading. The first few take place in the garage, then on gangways outside, then atriums, and so on. Although floors aren’t randomly generated, they do appear in random order. There are some floors where time has stopped completely. People are trapped in time, and the stage layout appears to be telling a story. It also goes a bit weird towards the end.
