DJ Clicker – World Tour is a game about you and what you’re gonna do with your life. You can travel the world and become a famous star DJ, but you need to have the energy for it. Hit the lights and set up your loops until you’re pumped up enough to take it to the stage. Collect tracks and fame to play the biggest venues. The game is all about electronic music composed by artists from all over the world. There will be 72 tracks to unlock as well as different vinyls, record covers, locations and residences. It also includes 2 brand new tracks from famed games music composer Chris Huelsbeck (Star Wars Rogue Squadron, Turrican, Giana Sisters). If you love music and want a game with no fighting, then DJ Clicker is for you. Still enjoyed the game even though it sucks very badly to not be able to 100% all the achievements after doing literally everything in the game. The leaderboard for each stage is cool and some of the effects are kind of sick as well. It’s a lot of clicking, which you’d expect from a Clicker. So yeah. But, looking past the clicking, you’ve got a really great selection of music in here that make this a pretty worthwhile title just for the music alone. The part of the game that makes it stand out a bit from other clicker games is that you have live events that you’ll go to. While yeah, they’re just more clicking, they do have some elements that make them a little more active. Your fans demand certain actions which you’ll have to get within the right time frame, earning cash you can put towards buying a new house.

There is some moments where you’ll be blown away by the visuals and all the fx going on, some where you’ll find yourself smiling at the cleverness of the game systems. This is an extraordinary experience. The only thing kind of similar that comes to mind is Journey, although the “vibe” is more aquatic like Abzu. This games graphics and music make you feel like you are on a very relaxing psychedelic trip. I haven’t finished it yet, after playing for 2.5 hours, so I guess it is quite long for such an experience. It’s also very reasonably priced, although I find the work of the developers deserves more than 10 euros. The challenge is minimal and sort of secondary, the sensory experience is what makes this game. The sound design is extraordinary. The art style is unique. The narrative is really vague but impressive.
