It’s vague and you definitely need a guide to discover everything in the right order but it adds some value to the game and the new cut scenes are a warm welcome.
Shawarma Legend Pre-Installed:
The only thing I would like to see is more connection between the story and the survival aspects. If you want you can finish the entire story without building a real base. Now onto the good things. Graphics & World. The game looks really good and the world gives you a real deserted island vibe. The map is big, maybe a bit too big but is fun to explore. There are tons of little spots with loot and more than enough caves to discover. Base building is just like in the first game, a lot of fun. Especially in co-op. However, just like in the first game I do struggle with the amount of resources/time it takes to gather the resources for simple structures. It takes a huge amount of time to build simple small buildings, walls etc. just because you need so much materials. It does help that you can recruit someone to help with gathering resources but it still takes too much time.
