It’s definitely an impressive game, and the arsenal finally gets new items in it rather than just the weapons from ToD for the sixth time. Fantastic gameplay and stunning 4K visuals that resemble a movie make it painful to wait for the next R&C game in the beloved series. A fun 3D platformer featuring engaging combat, smooth movements, endearing characters, and a well-developed universe. Unquestionably a fantastic addition to the series. The game has multiple stages to complete, each with distinct bosses and environments, so it was enjoyable to play through them all. You can play as a variety of characters and enjoy platforming along with a wide range of puzzles, challenges, and collectibles.

Utilizing the large variety of weaponry was enjoyable and kept the gameplay interesting, as was the requirement to combine many weapons to maximize your damage output. Having said that, I have to admit that some were far more enjoyable than others. For me, the Glove of Doom was fantastic. It took me around fifteen hours to complete every achievement. The game doesn’t go on for too long, but it also doesn’t drag on. Nevertheless, there were a few issues that did detract from the experience, such as sporadic frame rate stutters, glitches that caused me to fall through or under the map, and the inability for me to skip cutscenes since they broke the game. If you like platformers and Rachet and Clank, I recommend picking up this game because it excels at both. It’s better to get it at a nice sale even though the price point is a little steep—which I kind of understand given that it’s a AAA game.
