In “Date Z”, the simple task of finding a date by Friday becomes a matter of life and death. With each passing moment, you’re presented with new challenges, new choices, and fresh opportunities for love and survival. I don’t cover or play visual novels that often, but I do enjoy them occasionally. The hand-drawn comic-art style caught my eye and interest the most. I know, I know. A game is more than its visuals. But when it comes to visual novels, my eye wants something, too! Nothing wrong with that imo. But I digress. So, I thought it was, at best, a decent and solid visual novel, and with nothing to lose, I decided to go for it. And so far, it has exceeded my expectations and set itself apart from other visual novels I considered decent.
