Some of the contents of the games in this collection are presented as initially released to preserve the games as originally created. Character’s are enjoyable, some not, the return of older characters is always good to see I think the cases in this trilogy we’re interesting i liked the new minigames they offered but at times it gets a bit boring, dialog tends to get too long and it’s not for everyone I love this series. The cases are fun, the suspects and witnesses often funny, and there is enough going on that even when you guess the who, how, and why… hearing it in their own words is sill fun. And the silliness means it is still fun when replayed. As always, sometimes you get stuck or frustrated because you didn’t find the right thing to show the right person at the right moment to move the story… but that also can make it clear you missed something.

More standard streams give you less views but are better for her mental health. If you stress her out too much the game sometimes auto-locks you into certain tasks that can “ruin” your plan for her, which adds another element of challenge. The game relies almost fully on clicking things in this “faux desktop” kind of area, and the spacing of a lot of it makes it a bit difficult to easily and comfortably click on things. It’s a bit unclear where you need to click in order to have the inputs go through. I found myself offsetting my mouse a bit and clicking the sides or just above certain icons in order to have the input go through Combat is simple enough to pick up, but with enough depth and variety not to get dull at any point – it’s a real treat for fans of turn-based combat like myself! Setting off a visually flashy All-Out Attack just as the battle theme’s chorus kicks in never gets old. Ever.
