Getting back to the roots, at least for some parts of the game, it was a nice change from the last 3 ACs. Decent story, same good graphics, not so many visual issues, assassin combat, gameplay and mechanics, all of these make the game a nice change from the last ones. Maybe the issue for some would be due to the fact that’s somehow short, but it was enough for me (the grind in Valhalla got rid of me for good)! Finally,Assassin’s creed Mirage feels like a return to the roots of the series with its focus on stealth, parkour, and a tight, immersive city environment. It’s a massive improvement over the bloated experiences of Valhalla and Odyssey. Gone are the endless grind and RPG mechanics; instead, you get a refined, story-driven game that reminds me of the classic AC titles

If you felt the series was losing its way with the past few entries, Mirage will bring back that old-school Assassin’s Creed magic. A must-play for longtime fans! This version of the game gives off the vibe of the older series. The game heavily revolves around assassination, but ironically, this focus led to a lack of attention to combat mechanics. As enjoyable as the assassinations were, the combat was just as painful. It was so bad that sometimes you’d rather restart a mission after being spotted, just to avoid the agony of the combat.
