The human being is inexplicable and difficult to understand, each of us is afraid of something at some point. Almost all people are afraid of darkness, they see in it danger, monsters, terrible things. Are you afraid of darkness and the monsters that live in it? Do you dare to test yourself? Candle in Darknes is a first-person gothic horror game, the main advantage of which is dynamic gameplay, complex and in some places unclear gameplay features. Try to pass it without dying once. At the moment the game is in the early access. The game is developing rapidly – become part of the community of the game and offer your ideas. The world is richly realised, there is a wide variety of monsters, and the areas of Shibuya are distinctive enough that with most of the photo quests I knew which area they were taken from in a single glance. Had been planning to platinum this but after doing the first quest in the STU School area… I am not brave enough. The STU update promised more horror-y content and it delivered. Recommend picking this up if you like getting lost wandering the streets and interesting side quests.
Forced stealth? Sure, but only because this kappa won’t eat a cucumber if he thinks I’m watching. It doesn’t break the mold, so much as applies that mold to a more condensed/focused world, and with a folklore twist. Instead of running through empty landscapes, its running the incredibly detailed streets of Tokyo, or gliding over their rooftops in spectral form, looking for souls to cleanse . The timing couldn’t be better. Lots and lots of patches later, Cyberpunk 2077 has broadly recovered from the technical problems it had at launch. If you quit Cyberpunk 2077 because of constant crashes or environments zipping in and out of existence, you can safely return to a much better experience. That alone is a reason to jump into Cyberpunk if you gave it a pass the first time.

There’s now a ray-tracing Overdrive mode adding graphics boosts for the latest Nvidia GPUs. There are a few improvements for other graphics cards too – things like ray-tracing when taking in-game photos. These benefits are noticeable for both players with less-expensive hardware and those with top gaming computers In fact it turned out to be exactly my kind of game, combining RPG elements and stuff inspired from some of my favorite movies (including, but not limited to Lawnmower Man and Blade Runner) with Deus Ex (especially the sometimes-annoying hacking minigame) and GTA-like gameplay. Actually, one of the things that threw me off that time was me failing to use stealth. I am not sure if they revised the tutorial-like beginning mission later on but I am one for using stealth in games a lot, and, for whatever reason, that did not work back then.
