It offers a challenging experience where you must gather a combination of skills and enhancers to progress in the steel arena. While it may not reinvent the wheel, it certainly provides an enjoyable and addictive gaming experience. The game’s cyberpunk-inspired visuals create an immersive atmosphere, and the combat mechanics are responsive and engaging. Customizing your character’s abilities is a fun aspect, offering some degree of strategy in adapting to different situations. While it doesn’t break new ground, Cyberfield is a decent choice for fans of the roguelike genre looking for an enjoyable, if somewhat familiar, challenge. CYBERFIELD Direct Play:
If you enjoy testing your skills in the steel arena and appreciate the depth of customization, this game is worth a look. You can carry and swap up to three special upgrade cubes and at the end of every round you get a skill upgrade card, you can choose 1 of 3 (as is so familiar) and these are a bit more generic, +damage, +crit, etc to each ability. The cubes are much more interesting but you can only hold three. They have rarities regular, advanced, legendary etc and color codings but they don’t seem to match the rarity designation so I am not sure what that is about. The goal of the game is to defeat every enemy in a small arena-style stage. These arenas look empty because there are only a few items available there. Aside from enemies, there are destructible boxes that sometimes drop cash and traps that hurt you.
