Specialists are the backbone of the company, assigned various tasks that keep the office running smoothly. But even the hardest workers know that productivity sometimes requires a coffee break. Objective-Based Gameplay: Specialists are tasked with completing objectives to contribute to the company’s success, whereas Slackers engage in activities to appear busy while avoiding actual work. Social Deduction and Strategy: Players utilize proximity voice chat for real-time discussions, alliances, and accusations, making social interactions crucial to gameplay.
Managerial Oversight: The Manager must observe, deduce, and decide who to fire, with each choice potentially altering the game’s balance. Experience the Office Like Never Before. great chaotic time. wish there were more prank tasks and more broken things needing repair by janitor or assistant. like having to empty the shredder or unplugging the power. or maybe pranks like traps that debuff someone that walk by like banana skins. would hope for more joke neutral slacker tasks that specialist can do too. A couple of issues here and there with overall balance, and as with any game like this, you occasionally get the lobby with self-proclaimed comedy geniuses/family comedians, but that’s just how these games are.

This game has a very fun little gameplay loop that benefits from the tiniest little bit of roleplay and chicanery from the whole lobby, not just the slackers. It has the potential to be amazingly funny and also reasonably tense with the right people, and the game’s core mechanics only encourage this. I do wish there was more things to do, especially for those who have been fired, but other than that, this game hits the nail on the head for silly social deduction games. A great game however you do have to rely on the fact that others aren’t trolling. At least with other games the worst they can do is AFK, here they can ruin your game just because they’re mad they got fired.
