It’s overly simplistic- I expected a little bit more interactivity based on how the graphics look. You don’t really manipulate the objects or move them and there are no pieces that fit together you just have to click them into place in a certain order to proceed. For the number of achievements I’m surprised I finished this game in just three hours. Once your Diorama is finished you can click certain parts to interact, but since there’s no customization it feels shallow, cheap and tacky. With that said, it still has a good presentation and it is still fun seeing where the pieces fit together so I do recommend it for a casual low stress experience. There was one thing that was really stressful which was during one of the Diorama assemblies I forgot to put doors on a subway train before I built around it and was forced to restart the entire area because you can’t reset This game also needed to have more content, but it’s still decent if you can get it under

It’s a rather simple, very cozy game. Who could have thought it would be nice to build dioramas in such a neat voxel (3D pixel) style? And now that the game has fully released, they’ve been adding DLC packs for us to enjoy even more diorama building! My only point of criticism is the soundtrack. While it is nice, the tracks can become a bit repetitive if you’re taking longer to build up your diorama (I especially noticed this in the Christmas build). Aside from that, I think this is a very simple, relaxing experience that is brimming with detail with its easy-to-understand gameplay. Super cute 3D puzzle, but not my thing personally. I don’t think I’ll play it again or buy DLC unless some customization options are added like color wheels or unique placement (like Unpacking).
