Arbitrary Aspect Ratio: Steam Deck & Ultrawide Support The game scales to any aspect ratio. This has been tested from 21:9 to 4:3, but should also work well on any display in between, including the venerable Steam Deck’s 16:10 display! The keyboard and mouse can be used to control the game menus, select targets in battle, or even click on the on-screen button guides! Of course, controller support is extended to any type you might use! Additional Graphics Options Advanced graphics settings can be used to optimize your experience for your particular hardware setup! I seriously can’t praise enough how good the PC functionality support is. NIS is going out of their way to brag about it and for that reason I decided to leave a positive review among the negative cries about DLC pricing. Arbitrary adjustable aspect ratio, no frills, just double-click to fullscreen AND IT CONVERTS INTO SMOOTH 4K RESOLUTION WITH NO CONTROL HICCUPS OR TREACHERY.

I can’t get over this. I’ve always associated NIS products with “play it on console because the PC port is gonna be rough” and they’ve finally broken this streak. I have played every Disgaea game (including the spin-offs) and I can tell you that this is the best Disgaea game so far. Best game engine, best play mechanics, best graphics, and best story. The only downside is that the dlc should have been part of the game, not sold separately as dlc. NIP got a little money hungry this time around. I ended up buying the Ultimate Edition as I wanted all of the dlc and digital artwork. This game is a must buy for any turn-based strategy game fan as well as Disgaea fan. i bought the basegame + soundtrack only (i like having the lossless audio in my folders without relying on ripping) and it came to only a few dollars more than the basegame price. Shocker.
