This had been in my library, and while I had played it a slight bit in the distant past, Alyx gave me an itch to revisit it. I really enjoyed this game — and while it’s by no means perfect, it is very much worth playing. It’s control and some sensibilities have been “outgrown” since its release in 2017, but if you give it a bit of time to re-acclimate to its 2017 controls…it really does provide a unique — and increasingly thrilling — experience as you continue through the campaign.
