About The Game
Double Perception is a game with 2 realms. First is Reality. Nothing special, just common Earth. Second is a bit more interesting – Dawn of Arcanum. DoA is a VR game, that you can access via VR headset in your room. (But you have to buy it first.) Explore both worlds for opportunities, meet new people and earn a reputation of a titled player. 2 games for the price of 1. No, but seriously, it’s pretty much a dating sim/sandbox game plus a fantasy RPG game stacked on top of each other. Both are pretty well made and have quite a bit of content for a game that’s only been out for 3 months. Highly recommend you check it out if you like dating sims and fantasy RPGs.One small suggestion: put the VR headset in a different location or at least make it more obvious. It’s a pretty small image and since the computer is essentially the same colour, it’s very hard to tell it’s even there. It took me awhile to find it even while knowing it was supposed to be in the bedroom. It’s proper game, mechanical wise speaking. Everything in the game felt like properly made and also it feels like taking account of player progression in the game, so far. (Except the fact idk what battery and lightning differ in this game). There are certainly quite many things that can be improved and also added in the game.
Story wise, so far it so direct to point where there isn’t much to intrigue. I think it will progress after one to one another between real life and vr life. Since, it introduce you to vr as soon as possible, it almost feels like.. Fuck real world, man there isn’t much to expect in real world at the moment. Interaction to npc can be improved to add point into satisfaction. Since, this game will be taking a big chunk of interaction, perhaps.. also different path to progress story (?), idk. Either way it would be great if interaction option isn’t generic. NFSW content, not really much to talk about, since the game still limiting how you progress the affection, with specifics and in game time based event trigger. Not much that I found my self, before I ran into some point where I think it’s better to write these first. Artwork, it’s great but I’m not going deep because I am nowhere near sufficient knowledge to do it. I think at least I need to say that sometimes models had correct expression (?) idk, I am not picky for these things anyway.
Mechanical wise, There are several mini-games, it looks okay-ish.. I guess, there is one mini-game make me hard to decide, which are the one who keep changing background (which aren’t dark) with light letter. I mean it’s fine mechanically, but visually.. -eh. The rest is aite tho. Overall, this game is still fresh and had a lot of potential, a lot mini-game will be coming one another I am pretty sure of it and I would guess it will be some grinding mechanics too, light-weight one. literally cant, i press start and it throws me ingame no option anywhere to pick a name and everyone calls me “You” “Hey you are You right i remember you from school!” is among the wierdest conversations i have seen.

All that matter is that it’s available. Heck, you can give it to the many Incest Patch makers and I’m sure they’d be glad to upload it on your behalf. 95% of the Incest patches are made by the creator themselves (that stat may be higher or lower) so if it makes people happier, I’d say do it. Or you can do what Drill Sergeant suggested. I’d prefer the patch because YOU can choose how the alternate conversations go and can add extra details to the script as well. Sometimes with selecting relationships the incest feels a bit robotic, where the patch allows you to add a lot more “taboo” dialogue. Stuff like talking about when a kid was born, when they formed their first connection with the character (I.E. When Son/Daughter started to have feelings for Father/Mother) or even contemplate the forbidden nature of the interaction.
