Guys, its blackjack, you can’t optimize your draws as much as balatro because guess what.. this isnt balatro.

The cards are complicated and the game is built to be played off of luck atleast partially. Not drawing your best cards is the blackjack experience. Its even more fun against the higher-tier opponents because yeah, they are more optimized to beat you, but it feels 10x better to beat them especially after a big play with an exploit card or something. Having played the demo for a few hours and won a run now that it’s released, this game is very good. Deckbuilding plays similarly to StS and it feels both very obtainable and like you’ve accomplished something putting together some combo (like drawing through your whole deck every turn with direct damage cards). Having infinite card draw but a bust limit in place shakes up the formula of how to go crazy/exponential in deckbuilders in an interesting way which I’m a fan of.
