Pros: Emmy is an attractive protagonist, the renders are decent and the story behind Emmy doing what she is doing is an interesting one (kidnapped and forced in to becoming a spy of sorts by a shadowy figure, not that you would get that from the overview though) Cons: The pacing seems a bit off at times, which isn’t helped by the dialogue not making much sense in places. There is also some inconsistency in the beach scene. If you say no to Paul touching you, Emmy still mentions how she already felt Paul’s hands on her body later on in the scene, except he never touched her. Also, though the dialogue is in English, saving and quitting is in Cyrillic script. Finally, as Purple Lagoon mentioned in their post, not including skip, auto and rollback makes playing this painful if you accidentally scroll through the dialogue too quickly and have to reload an earlier save.
Emmy’s secret, what I have written above may have come across as overly negative but it really isn’t meant to be. I liked what is already included, this game really does have a lot of potential and I’d love to see more of this. I’d like to offer a few of suggestions though. Firstly, please think about using a proofreader for the dialogue, it could really help with the flow of the game. Also, please look at reinstating the skip, auto and rollback functions. Finally, the overview doesn’t really explain anything about the game itself, but it should as it is your first chance to gain some interest from potential Patreon supporters You are Emmy, a young woman kidnapped and forced to work as a spy for a shadowy figure. Complete 10 assignments and they will give you back your freedom, but do you trust them? Will you complete your assignments, or will you rebel against the shadowy figure in your search for the true identities of your kidnappers? Will you regain your freedom, will you even survive? You seem to underestimate the levels of my stupidity and lack of social interactions to know which option or choices is the right one to progress relationships.

I’ve played a different game without a WT mod and didn’t encounter a single cut scene and ended without seeing the explicit stuff. For thos who want a mod to cheat. Just open the renpy folders of the chapters and do a search for the LI variables. It took me less than 5 minutes to figure it out and find where i was messing up for a +1 on Freya, so you can do it too. Death is a sweet release, it’s an easy out for the guilty. If a person has done something heinous and cruel, they deserve to live the remaining of their life in pain, humiliation and suffering, wishing death upon themselves. That, imo is worse than death. (But, if the culprit has taken a life, then their own is forfeit) So I don’t think Hera deserves death, it’d be too easy, and not messy enough. I use the save editor in those games that don’t tell you the points you win or lose when making a choice. I save before the choice and then a bit after and see if the variables (which and how) have changed. It’s a more or less reliable way to verify that you are following the path you want with each LI. In this one, since the game already tells you the points, I save myself the laborious task of checking it with the editor. That kind of totally misrepresents my post and I don’t really appreciate it. The original question was about wanting more diversity in the apparent ages of the main cast. Since Freya was the only one that (i recall) has given their actual in game age, I had to use that age to work out the ages of the rest of the cast.
