If you like abusing the physics of a game or just like puzzles in general and don’t mind the sometimes jarring visuals I would say you should give the game a try. Another weird, wonderful, hypnotic movement/exploration game from Mr. Atlas!.
If you like trying to get out of bounds in games or making your way up and around geometry in ways that feel like you’re taking “unintended” routes to a goal, you’ll probably like this game. Configure visuals with Sharp mode, Reduced Animation, and Simplified Backgrounds. etc… in Extreme Evolution, explorative biology demands exploitation. the visuals/art direction are obviously a huge draw here but there is also a solid game underneath, combining exploration and ability-gaining metroidvania style with the physics/motion puzzles. the music is also a huge boost to the atmosphere, ethereal background manipulations but also throwing in some big piano hits and distorted noisy grooves (chunk temple theme felt like it was blowing out my speakers and my brain simultaneously.
