A survivors medieval-themed 3D game, humans, dwarves, and elves unite to survive as a benevolent goddess invokes a spell to cleanse the world of darkness. Players navigate diverse landscapes, battling mythical creatures and exploring dungeons to uncover ancient relics and enhance their unique abilities. As they form teams of up to three characters, they strategically combine their powers to overcome challenges, each trio offering dozens of potential skill combinations. Together, they race against time to aid the goddess in banishing malevolent forces, embarking on an epic quest to ensure the world’s salvation. This is honestly why I had so much fun playing this game, the characters I wasn’t comfortable with truly challenged me and had me on the edge of my seat as I beat the final boss wave to ultimately paint them gold on the character screen.
There’s a variety of characters to unlock by playing, each offering very distinct ways to play, giving bonuses in exchange for some playstyle or progression limitations. Like one rewards you for keeping enemies alive at end of life while dodging them, another one strongly restricts all ways of restoring health apart from food pickups that drop across level The classic high pricing may understandably deter some players, but who can resist the joy of swinging through the steel forest? Without a doubt, I would give a full score for the innovative controls. You have a skill tree and in the end you will have all skills unlocked. There is a variety in armors and weapons. The main story is great and memorable. You’ll finish it within 25 hours.
GOI Survivors Direct Play:
It has great graphics, and has incredible visuals, unique plot, and mind blowing gameplay. Soundtrack is a masterpiece in itself. very cool story and the setting is very creative and memorable. Crafting upgrades need resources which have an RNG drop rate, basically requiring you to use skill points to increase the likelihood of the needed resource being dropped. This also applies to machine parts that are needed for trade with merchants for weapons and attire. I returned to ruins from early in the game to hunt for RNG rat skin in order to upgrade ammo capacity. Brilliant. Fighting one machine can draw in many more from the surrounding area, quickly turning a 1v1 into a 1v6 Also if you go too high in mountain which you technicaly can the game will automaticaly kill you and respawn you on last saved spot.
