Golfing Over It with Alva Majo is a discouraging game about climbing a surreal mountain with a golf ball, a different take on 2017’s hit Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy. Experience the challenge of climbing an unyielding mountain without infuriating controls being part of that challenge. This is facilitated by a list of achievements, which includes 12 awards for certain achievements while exploring the available territories. Despite the intuitive control using traditional keyboards and mice, developers from an independent studio have implemented support for gamepads from all manufacturers. A single-user campaign does not include any deep storyline with strong moral choices.
The player puts on a golf ball, whose task is to climb up the mountain range thanks to the earthen areas made in the form of platforms.
