Performances aren’t great, but the game is alright! Gotham Knights seems to get a lot of hate for very little reasons. Sure, the framerate isn’t good, but Arkham Knight was a total disaster on that front when it came out. Remember Steam issueing refunds after the 2hrs/2weeks period because the game was running so terribly bad? I do, cause I got a refund back them. I won’t be asking one for GK though, it doesn’t run perfectly, but it runs and it’s playable, and I don’t even have a high end PC.

Anyway, let’s talk about Gotham Knights. It isn’t perfect of a game, it’s got a few bugs, some aspects need tweaking, a lot of annoyances could be fixed with a patch or two, but it’s still fun. First of all, you can play coop and coop makes everything better. No friends to play with? Well, the game might feel a bit more repetitive and a bit less lively, but it’s still alright. Combat is nice, it’s got more to it than what originally seems. You can tweak out the difficulty to better fit what you’re looking for, and you’ll have enough content to keep you busy for at least 20-30 hours if you’re not a completionist. The game clearly has its moments here and there (although not as much as the Arkham games, I’ll give you that), and feels pretty good once you start getting the hang of your travel power, perfect dodges and timed attacks. There are the usual side activities which, to be honest, I could have had a little bit more of, but a least no one will complain that travel power challenges or bike races will overstay their welcome. On a sidenote, the batcycle feels so much better than Arkham Knight’s overused batmobile.

- Double click inside the Gotham Knights folder and run the exe application.
- Thats all, enjoy the game! Make sure to run the game as administrator and if you get any missing dll errors, look for a file named All In One Runtimes.exe run this and install it.
