Hidden Cats in Spooky Town Direct Download
It’s Halloween time! Do you choose Trick or Cat? Enjoy and find all the Hidden Cats one by one in the Spooky Town to reveal the final colored art. Play through different modes, find special cats, and unlock bonus levels! More than 970 hidden objects to find! Got all cats, played all bonuses, and had a nice Halloween evening? This time we are giving you an EXTRA BONUS!!! Enjoy the AFTER PARTY at the park! I have been a fan of the developers, Nukearts Studio since I played my first Hidden Cats game, and I have been hooked ever since. The games continue to improve with each new addition, but maintain and keep their classic, well-loved gameplay style. There is still a normal and advanced mode, and areas light up in vibrant colours once each of the cats have been found in that spot. Bonus levels can still be unlocked and provide further fun. Special cats were a tad easier to find here, as objects move, signalling that a cat is hiding there, prompting players to click on the area. Otherwise, Spooky Town will be very similar to fans of the previous games, however the last bonus level, “After Party” really ramps up the difficulty.
With 100 cats to find, but also 100 human characters to find, in a scene filled to the brim with people. This was a great way to finish off the game and truly earn the 100% achievements. My one small complaint is a minor one, but would be a rather easy fix. The hidden cat counter is static at the top of the screen, but is unable to be minimised or hidden in any way. Meaning that it is very easy for it to obscure objects. It would be great for players to hide the layout, or even move the bar to another side. In contrary to this, the settings for Spooky Town (and all games in the series) are fantastic. With colour blind mode, dark mode, edge screen scrolling and mouse sensitivity options, there are more settings than typically seen in games of the genre, and it’s fantastic to see the developers prioritising accessibility features. Hidden Cats in Spooky Town is a fantastic little game to play this scary season, releasing just in time for Halloween.
Hidden Cats in Spooky Town Direct Play:
Continuing on in the Hidden Cats series, it is a must play for fans of the developer’s previous releases, and also for anyone looking to join in with Halloween themed activities. With a large number of cats to find, high quality illustrations and inclusive accessibility features, I highly recommend it for fans of the genre and I eagerly await to see what Nukearts Studio release next. As always Nukearts comes with all the features that make their cat seek and find games wonderful. Features such as color-blind mode, camera sensitivity, dark mode, edge scrolling, audio controls and resolution. You can zoom in close to find all those smaller hidden kitties without any problem and if you are in an area with an un-found kitty it will meow to give you a clue.
