Kit’s Quest Direct Play:
Basically everywhere you go, there’s something to do. Every room, every path has “berries” that you need to pick up to unlock skills, and they require some platforming to get to. The game isn’t filled with a bunch of walking around. The difficulty of the challenges ranges has good variety. The intro to the game starts simple, but even the intro area has some difficult optional hidden side areas. Progress to the next area is gated behind “get 60-80% completion in an area” before you move on, which is great because you aren’t forced to do every single platforming event. This lets you skip areas that you’re stuck on. Some of these steam achievements seem very difficult. 100% completion the areas in this game is going to require dedication – there’s a lot of content and some is very challenging.
