This game is very entertaining and super fun to play with friends. I truly enjoy being serenaded by the ghosts before they find me to redrum and take me with them to the other side. One of the great aspects of Phasmophobia is that it doesn’t require a high-end PC to run smoothly. As long as you have at least 8GB of RAM, you’re set to dive into this spooky adventure. The game’s difficulty is entirely up to you, with settings ranging from easy to impossibly hard, ensuring that both novices and seasoned ghost hunters find their perfect challenge.
For pros, smaller maps can be conquered in as little as 5-10 minutes if the difficulty isn’t too high. While Phasmophobia does have some bugs, most of them add to the quirky fun rather than detract from the experience. The game mechanics are well-thought-out, offering a variety of items to enhance your ghost-hunting endeavors. The price is reasonable, providing great value for the rich, cooperative horror experience it delivers. The rooms are smaller, but it’s very satisfying to rely on your aim more than abilities and land those crits. The difficulties are well balanced and Hard is perfect for someone who comes from an FPS background. but this game also happens to have the added benefit of featuring extremely engaging combat, interesting enemies, intense boss battles, awesome level design, a ton of fun items, a diverse cast of playable characters, multiplayer, challenge modes, and to top it all off… what I would consider the greatest video game soundtrack of all time.
KunKunHome Direct Play:
The music is just so incredible that I can’t really put it into words. I was able to finish it with less than 20 minutes, then proceeded to try the infinite version. It can gets even better with some updates, like a multiplayer version, an option to limit how many items you can get or something like that. I love the overall vibe and the tension before you pull the trigger. I think the game gets a little bit too easy too fast, at first you need to rely on luck and probability, but later on you can simply use all your items and things will work out 95% of the time. Average match times are around 15-20 minutes, but this can vary depending on the map size and difficulty.
