You are an angler haunted by huge debts. In the midst of yet another night working at sea, you catch something different: a fish which talks, and promises to make you rich… but at what cost? A brief (around 30 minutes) fishing horror game about debt and hopelessness. Enjoy a twisted cautionary tale in one sitting. Underwater eye-cam. This game feels like a fever dream. Wonderfully at that. At time of release there is a problem with AMD graphics drivers so I had to downgrade them to play which was a hassle but, It was worth doing. The feeling of looking around in the water and seeing things that aren’t “normal” but not grotesque is very well done. A slightly unconventional horror in the sense that there are no jumpscares, but instead there’s a subtle, almost Eldritch sort of bizarre horror as you try and pay off your debts. Looks nice, runs well and it’s just a cool concept overall (having a literal loan shark coming to get ya is really awesome).
