The Betrayal of AI: Seeking Free Will AWC, an organization of politicians, scientists, engineers and secret agents, believes that robots should not have wills of their own. They have begun rounding up robots all over the world to deprive them of sentience and enslave them. As an awakened robot, you will embark on a journey of resistance in your search for the liberation of your kind. Mecha Transformations: Make the Ultimate War Machine of Your Own Equip your body, core and actuator parts with over 100 weapons to equip. Create your own build with multiple modifications including heat, weapon spin speed, cooldown, power, armor pieces and more. Use your creation to turn this small robot into a lethal monster weapon! Machinery Dynamics + Roguelike: Tons of Builds Random item drops, non-random modifications. No gains without hard work and no blind development. Your fate is in your own hands, let science guide your quest for strength! Remember: not all modifications are beneficial! (But at least you might learn something about machinery dynamics Resist the Overlords! Slay the Inquisitor! Gorillas, brains,
bombers… Challenge “overseers” of robot society, drive out the “wicked hounds,” breach “security” and deliver the killing blow to the Final Inquisit There are tons of guns to unlock, crazy robot legs to run around with, load-outs to tweak and experiment with, skill synergies, secrets, challenges, varied and engaging enemies, goofy characters that may or may not steal your robot appendages – there is a lot to like here. If you’re willing to look past the bugs and issues with controls (that have already received a few hot fixes at the time of writing this review) there is a very solid rogue-lite game here that has a ton of potential to be truly great. Definitely worth trying out if you’re a fan of action rogue-lites and not a little pee pee baby who throws an online tantrum because they’re forced to use a keyboard and mouse to play a game ON THEIR COMPUTER. This developer deserves better recognition than that.
Metal Mind Pre-Installed:
Its a pretty good game that just doesnt feel quite finished, or just has design choices that I don’t like. I beat it a few times on normal, but then i would just not have time to do it on hard so i’d exit game after my normal run, just to find that all my upgrades are gone. You see, if you beat normal, and then continue on to hard without exiting the game, you keep all your advanced upgrades. But if you quit out in the lobby (mind you, AFTER you beat normal) you lose them. Why?? Its the lobby. It’s not like I died. And why cant I just save my game during a run? It’s too long and too many difficulties to get through for it to all be done in one sitting. That design is just awful, or saving hasnt been implemented yet, im not sure which. Also, no achievements. So it just kinda feels like its not quite finished. It is fun to play though.
