Fit up to two different blades, which change the four attacks you have access to at all times. Replace body parts with cybernetic implants and enhanced lab-grown organs to gain special abilities. The commonly-encountered base breeds of abominations have set behaviors you can study, but as the game progresses, they gain the ability to merge with one another, birthing horrifying monsters with inherited and enhanced strengths. I don’t even understand because I could play fine without logging in. It sucks because those reviews are gonna turn people away from an incredible game. I’m only an hour in and i’m already feeling the nostalgia of playing GOW 2018 for the first time. So please, take all those reviews with a grain of salt and play the game if you really want to. The world won’t end if you sign into or make a PlayStation account. Just enjoy the game. they really did not make that stupid decision) and the other ones are because of optimization? I did not stumble upon any big issues regarding that, if I don’t count one boat floating in the air lmao. I had chills playing this game from the first minute, I can’t wait what’s ahead of me and these negative reviews should not make you reconsider buying the game.

The story-telling in this game is top tier. I understand why it was contender for Game Of The Year. There were tons of emotional moments in this game, some even made me shed tears. Kratos, behind that stoic, tough exterior shows more emotion, makes him feel more human rather god. And Atreus still learning, growing but to finally make his own choices, to be a man. The cinematic cutscenes were just simply S tier. I loved the story of this game and how much it has built upon the previous. It is one of those games where it feels like a great movie and game all in one.
