About The Game
Resurrection of Authentic Action RPG With a long history, the planet ‘Uld’ was a dark age when wars between kingdoms were frequent until just 150 years ago. As time passed, the war died down and all records disappeared, leaving the Dark Ages a myth that was passed down orally. Currently, humans, elves, and Gremlin tribes are living in kingdoms and cities with little history. There was little left intact from the Dark Ages, but they interacted together, flourished, and rebuilt the ‘Uld’. However, there are many life-threatening risks to the reconstruction of the ‘Uld’ due to the undeterred “Discordia” race, which is raging cruelly beyond the city’s precarious walls.
Ambitious adventurers venture to acquire many treasures and mysterious hard-working artifacts known to be in ruins or dungeons despite these dangers. With a dream of making quick money and hope of discovering artifacts with the power to rebuild the ‘Uld’. This is a fun MMO with all the trimmings, minus the MMO. Yes, you have to overlook some oddities, like untranslated bits, and leftover group related content. I think it’s well worth the asking price to play a game like this, offline. Plus, there seem to be some gameplay boosts to accommodate the lack of other players.
Mythos Pre-Installed:
Speaking of which, every time an online game that I was interested in shut down, my first thought was, ‘Why doesn’t somebody make this playable offline?’ Well, HanbitSoft has two such games under their belts, now. I hope they continue this kind of content. It would be wonderful if more developers, did. And I’m certainly not going to be as hard on this company as others are, they’ve brought back two titles that I wouldn’t have been able to play otherwise. The game was an MMORPG when it was first made like 11 some years ago and never really took off, but those of us that played for a bit (including myself) enjoyed what was there but things happened and other games like TL took its place among others.
