I almost bought a steam controller for this game but glad I didn’t. I’ve opened several gold packs and got Durant,Lebron,Pippen,Bird and a quite a lot of “Epics” as well. Some of the Epics should be legends but w/e. I have not purchased any microtransactions. You can unlock all players for 10$ but that kind of ruins the hunt. You can also purchase gear to look pretty but Im just looking play ball and you get points from opening decks so I get some new gear here and there. So far it doesn’t feel like a grind, I think all games modes are quite fun. I do wish that assists were counted Fun to play game, with NBA Jam vibes. Having a second human to play with, makes it even better. At the hardest level, the computer seems to be cheating a bit, but if you are skilled enough you will not have any issue.
