Neon Beats Direct Download
Neon Beats is a 2D side view platformer game in which the player will evolve in different levels that are rhythmed by catchy musics. I had a blast with this game even though it really is so short (I finished all three levels in just 15 minutes or so.) Regardless of it being short this is for sure a speedrunner’s type of game. I really hope the developers slowly add more levels to this because the music and level design is fantastic and each level is uniquely fun to play. Plus, it’s free! No reason not to try it! beside all of this, the game is SICK ! and the thing I noticed is that level 1 was a calming and relaxing soundtrack then everytime you raise in the level the soundtrack becomes more epic, wich is a great idea from the developer. I really hope to take my suggestions as a Yes , because this game is sick and i want to play it more and more with many options.
The music is amazing and the difficulty isn’t too easy or too hard. Playing the game is very simple, but it keeps you engaged with a fun story with different beats and genres as you progress. Visually, there is always something going on. It is clear that every level had a lot of hard work and dedication put into it during its development. Rhythm Doctor is by far the most satisfying rhythm game I’ve played. The game has excellent world, enemy design and atmosphere. From the very first seconds the world just takes your breath away. It’s so beautiful, dark and cute. Every area is different and is infested with enemies which will try to kill you on every step. Each area has its set of enemies and they often have similar moves to the area’s boss which kinda teaches you how to fight the boss. You will also come to a lot platforming sections with deadly traps.
Neon Beats Pre-Installed:
Boss design is excellent, most of the bosses feel unique and each one of them will need some learning and using of all your skills. Slowly you will unlock charms, charm notches, increase your soul pool and unlock more hp by collecting mask fragments. On top of that you will unlock abilities which will make your life easier and will help you to get to places you couldn’t get earlier. While the visual design and maybe design of each area is excellent and it feels like every centimeter was hand crafted, you’ll soon notice there’s no fast travel. You can unlock stag stations and a tram to travel between some points of the map but they’re spread very far from each other so getting to them sometimes takes same amount of time than just going to where you want on foot.
