Earth’s population is on the verge of a global resource crisis. Can you build the spaceship on time and earn one more chance for humankind? Hurry, you only have only 30 days left! Screen the visitors dying to get off the planet and more than willing to risk being turned into canned food, incinerated or hired as one of the factory’s employees. The pros and cons of each fate are debatable. Burn and recycle people for a brighter future on another planet! Dark humor, crazy storyline and factions, interesting factory management (employee perks, random events, building and upgrading of rooms — everything is in place), funny addictive game mechanics. You can even beat visitors with a spoon and collect debts for the mafia.
The game is dope, by the way. Easy to understand and interesting to play. It’s like an extended version of any Shelter-like game but with a plot with a specific purpose and merged with «Papers, Please» (obviously). Trying to explain the main core of a game to someone is kinda challenging and probably you will be judged for your tastes, but it surely shouldn’t stop you from playing it. I think the guy in the reviews said the most accurate description Levelling is mostly skillcheck based, where you get 1 skill point per level and you can apply it to a character skill, like medicine, mechanics, computers, lockpicking, etc, or into a combat skill, such has small firearms, big firearms, laser, melee, etc, or a third option, you can stack points and spend them on perks which can really make your character take a leap and really feel like a reward for investing those levels into them.

The downside of this is that since there are no other stats to level up appart from skills, there is a risk of breaking your character for late game, so you must use a bit of common sense and distribute your points through both character and combat skills. Quests are varied, some being more fleshed out and interesting and others being more generic as a standard “deliver this” kind of thing. You are a special character because of the side effects you have endured but you never feel like the AVATAR of the world. This is NOT your playground. But it can be if you learn to live with the world’s cultures and factions.
