I found Pinball Arcade far superior to Zen and other digital pinball implementations. It is truly a pity that it seems as if the project has died I guess due to licensing. This is still a great investment if you are a real pinball fan, and especially one who has actually played these tables in the wild. Their commitment to being authentic to the original tables really sets their implementation apart from other digital pinball experiences. Having played all of them, including the physical versions of all of these all the way back to the to 70s tables, there is not a more authentic implementation than what the team at FarSight pulled off in my opinion! Great classic pinball. It used to be quite wonderful and I acquired a nice collection of tables in this game’s heyday. Unfortunately, they seemed to have lost most of their licenses (with all but two brands of pinball machine makers), and I don’t expect to see new tables added.
