Really creative and satisfying take on a rage platformer. The unique gameplay, quirky levels, and fun secrets and challenges add all the charm and content needed to make this simple game so frustrating, yet so enjoyable. this game is a bit short but its sweet. I 100% completed the game + achievements in 15 hours which probably got extended by an hour or so from suboptimal play, so maybe wait for a sale because I don’t think this is a great buy for $60. For $40 or lower though? Absolutely.
My main knock is on the story and the pacing, the story starts out fun and the pacing is pretty standard, but midway through to about three quarters of the way through the story I found myself getting angry with cliche plots and poor attempts at humor, but once the gameplay started again I was willing to forgive some bad writing for a mostly solid story. In terms of difficulty, the game strikes a balance that caters to a wide audience. While some may find it easy, it ensures an accessible and enjoyable experience for players of all ages. The gameplay moments often feel like you’re actively participating in a high-budget animated film, adding an extra layer of excitement and engagement. I highly recommend Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart for gamers of all ages. With its breathtaking visuals, innovative use of SSD speed, and a gameplay experience that resembles a top-tier animated film, this game earns a solid 8.5 out of 10 in my book.

It’s a gaming adventure that shouldn’t be missed. Somehow this made DualSense features work for me over bluetooth? I thought that wasn’t supposed to be possible, and now it’s working for me in other games too, when not using Steam Input. Unless there’s some huge coincidence I’m not aware of, this seems to unlock something in dualsense controllers for PC. Without Rtx this is best graphics i ever see till date, art style and texture details are at top notch quality.plus they added upscaling so thumbs up for old hardwares Very satisfying and well balanced , even the dlc. They added new machines for maintaining the balance. Upgrading Everything and on ultra hard mode quests are fun and engaging.
