Great atmosphere, rock solid game play, graphics still hold up well(Max settings, 4k) engaging story, lots and lots of lore to go through if you are interested, great exploration, I could go on and on. If Prey is your first immersive sim like it was mine, ask yourself: Does having freedom and a plethora of ways to solve problems interest you? For example, lets say you come across a locked door.
Prey Pre-Installed:
You could find the pass code for it, or you could hack it if your hacking skill is high enough, or there might be a maintenance tunnel you could find to get in(and sometimes the maintenance tunnel is blocked and there are multiple ways to deal with that), or you might be able to shoot the unlock button on the inside with a toy gun, or if you have a certain power, you could turn into a coffee cup and get through a small opening You can kill your enemies with conventional weapons, or you could throw gas canisters at them(you can throw them more accurately or farther based on a certain skill) or maybe you found some portable turrets and you set them up to kill your enemies.
