Quarantine-Z: Survival it has been two years since your small village was the source of a virus that is completely unknown to mankind. People are now cannibalistic and violent. The government chose to shut off all access to the city in order to contain the virus, trapping all of its citizens inside. But jets fly by, leaving survivors with supplies. In terms of the overall vibe of the game, this one seems to be headed in the right direction. It clearly needs some work, but if all goes according to plan, it should be well worth the purchase. Other than that, I like the feel of the weapons and the combat, even though enemies can move through walls and such, and I like the shop mechanic and how you can sell and get money out and about. I assume optimization is already in the works because at some point I hit a patch of frame drop where it stuck on until I restarted the game.
I haven’t yet seen if loading my second save will work. I haven’t yet hit a horde, but I’ll update this if I attempt and succeed. Overall the game is pretty good, has lots of solid fundamental pieces, and the graphics are good as well. There are plenty of bugs and little glitches to be expected. I have bought the game to support the Dev in hopes of future updates. This game as far as I can tell is going the right direction in terms of the feel of the game. It definitely needs some work but it seems like if all goes well, it most definitely will be worth the buy. While the game looks rough graphically, the gameplay loop is actually insanely fun especially with a group of friends. it has so many things for the world generation to tweak the experience. The random world generation has options like increasing number of cities, mountains, terrain things.
