Infinity ward, didn’t have zombies. In cod4 they did that mile high club mission. Then WAW had zombies, then MW2 has spec ops missions with COOP, black ops had more zombies WOW, MW3 had missions AND survival all coop on the multiplayer maps, then black ops 2 had MORE zombies. Everyone loved the zombies more than modern warfare’s coop PvE, however, infinity ward met in the middle, not copying zombies, they kept the linear mission but also made it alien takeover. And poeople will give it criticism but I have legit dropped like 700 hours, probably a good 600 of them just solo. playing each of the 5 maps, base game + 4 DLC.
