Take the original Synthetik, upgrade the graphics, and with the recent addition of co-op gameplay, this is the whole package. Have had a few random crashes, but I can live with it; I’ve been waiting for co-op functionality sinThis is honestly the first game in many, many years that i got into easily and instantly feel the passion. Incredibly well crafted, engaging, polished, has wicked OST and an absurd amount of attention to detail to EVERYTHING. The game play is easy to get into but challenging. Smooth, incredibly satisfying with a very natural progression. At no time while playing did i feel dissatisified or in need of any QoL improvements, i encountered no bugs or crashes and the game runs as smooth as butter. Very well written with endless fun witty narration. Displaying the characters in a engaging and fun way while keeping it mostly based on actual lore with a twist.ce the game released and it has not disappointed me in the slightest.

2020 May have been a brutal year for many, but the one thing that I can say that came out of it was the release of Hades. I wasn’t big into PC gaming, so I wouldn’t have known that the game was in early access years passed, but upon social media buzzing at a fever pitch about this game, I had no choice but to buy in and drink the Kool-Aid. I’ve played many rogue like games in my video game life, but I have NEVER experienced anything like Hades. I never got the formula or enjoying games where you are made to “die and try again” but in this game it just feels different. By the time you figure you’ve had enough punishment, your mind races on that “one more chance” possibility of getting over the obstacles that face you in this aeisthetically pleasing romp through hell.
